A Conference on Conflict Resolution and the Economic Crisis at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, together with the Clark County Family Mediation Center and the Clark County Neighborhood Justice Center are sponsoring this two-day conference. The conference theme is how to use conflict resolution tools to deal with aspects of our ongoing economic crisis. The conference offers two tracks: academic and practitioner.

The American Society of Victimology will be meeting at the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences meeting February 23 – 27, 2010 in San Diego, California. The third European conference on mediation will take place in the Paris region on May 27 & 28, 2010. This event is held by EMNI (the European Mediation Network Initiative) and its organization was delegated to the French Association Nationale des Médiateurs, who works in close partnership with ESSEC-IRENE (the Institute for Research and Education on Negotiation).

6th Biennial Conference of the European Forum for Restorative Justice will take place from 17 until 19 June 2010 in Bilbao (Spain). During this conference we will also celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Forum. Deadline for workshop proposals is 1 March 2010.
