International Institute of San Francisco

Jason Felch, Project Coordinator

The International Institute of San Francisco is focusing its project on youth participating in the YouthCares Project which places high school students in the homes of elderly persons in the south of Mission area to do various types of assistance. These elderly persons have feared teenagers of other ethnic groups, and the project is aimed both at providing assistance to the elderly and working to break through the cultural gaps caused by both ethnicity and age.
