• Restorative Justice: A Framework for Fresno.

  Several years ago a group of community leaders came together to discuss the idea of developing a Framework for Restorative Justice. A drafting committee carried their ideas forward, resulting in the Restorative Justice Framework for Fresno County. The public comment draft was published in September 2000, and the final draft is offered here.
